I had mentioned before about the Las Vegas Gladiators. It is the Arena Football team that plays at The Orleans. What I failed to mention is that Payless Car Rental is one of the Gladiators sponsors. So we enjoy complimentary seats. The boys enjoy going to the games and I tag along being the good sport that I am... Mark has a friend from school that goes to the games, so we do not see much of him during the game. Unless of course he wants munchies! Apparently Mark's friend has better seats! If you have not checked out Arena football it is not too late - but be prepared for a fast-paced football game with a little hockey thrown in.
On Easter we took the boys to the game. At half time Rob took Michael down to the pit. The Gladiators sponsored an Easter egg scramble (no pun intended). There were Easter eggs all over the field and kids 0 - 12 years old were let loose. They were able to find 1 egg and inside was a prize. Michael's prize was a free Slurpee from 7/11 and a free ticket to the Brendan Imax theater. He was thrilled! (see photos)
